2” SERIES
Using a 2" diameter ball, this series was developed for monitors and devices in the 5 lb-15 lb category (specifically designed for the Trimble FMX but can be adapted to many other monitors as well). The length of the mounting bracket and the application of use also play a important role in the holding capacity. When you have a demanding application this is THE mount.
1” SERIES
Using a 1" diameter ball, this series was developed for monitors and devices in the 5 lb and lighter category.(such as tablet computers, and GPS monitors up to the size of the Trimble TMX etc.) The length of the mounting bracket and the application of use also play a role in the holding capacity. Another important feature the 1" series has is a notch in the Socket assembly that allows for up to 60 deg rotation.
